I offer personal training in resistance training, HIIT, cardio, lifestyle, and basic wellness. I work with my clients to find the best integrated fitness program for them. I am about teaching a lifestyle change. I am especially passionate about helping those woman going through perimenopause and menopause. We need to work out differently at those stages than we did when we were younger. I'm not a trainer promising fast results, but I'll provide you with the skills to achieve sustainable health & fitness.
Hormone Health
I successfully completed the Hormone Health Course from IIN, Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I provide a more holistic approach to helping clients change their lifestyle for optimal hormone health. We look at all factors of lifestyle during one my Hormone & Wellness visits.


**I'm NOT a registered dietitian, meaning I can NOT prescribe you specific meal plans or give medical nutritional advice. I'm here to act as accountability partner. I help with healthy lifestyle habit changes such as, sleeping habits, eating, exercise, work/life balance, and stress management.

As your nutrition coach I want to find a plan that works best for your lifestyle. I don't do crash diets or cutting out an entire food groups. So, that won't be in my plan for you! We need some of every food group for different health benefits. We just need to adjust to what is going to work best for your body. You can enjoy ALL foods to a certain extent. Let's work together to get your nutrition goals met!
